I came across the works of James Jirat Patradoon last year and it seems now I can’t surf the web without seeing his name mentioned. He is an amazing artist who brings so much life to his work. Patradoon’s gritty style is refreshing from all the shiny kid robot style art floating around the net (you know who you are, you hypebeast!). It would be great to see James pencil up a Frank Miller story, just wishful thinking.
He was interviewed by Design Federation in 2007 and it’s probably his best interview to date. You would never guess he draws with a Wacom. Check out all the pictures and link to an interview.
